Calm, reliable backend support for interior designers

So you can focus on the creative work, not everything that happens behind the scenes.

The thinking, the planning, the follow-ups, the formatting, the visibility, the systems that quietly hold a studio together often fall to the designer, long after the client work is done.

I support interior designers and small studios with admin, content, and systems, offering thoughtful, discreet support that reduces mental load and helps your studio run more smoothly day to day.

This means fewer loose ends, clearer processes, and more space to stay in your creative role, rather than constantly switching between designer, administrator, marketer, and project manager.

I know all too well, it’s not just plumping cushions…

I come from an interior design background and know how much work lives beyond the beautifully curated spaces.

People see the beautiful rooms but they don’t see the emails sent late at night, the enquiries that need careful replies, the proposals and revisions, the schedules, the documentation, the content to ensure you stay visible, and the constant decision-making that sits underneath it all.

There is so much care, energy, and invisible labour involved in running a design studio.

I could talk about the needs of a designer forever but for now, if you’d like to talk about your studio and where you might need support, we can start with a simple conversation…

This support is ideal for you if…

If you love design but feel weighed down by everything that comes with running a studio, this support is for you.

Hi!

I’m Zoe, I come from an interior design background, I spent over a decade immersed in studio life, the pace, the pressure, and the detail that lives beyond the finished spaces.

Over time, I found myself drawn less to the front-facing parts of the work and more to the quieter, steadier side: organising, thinking ahead, and creating order where things felt heavy or overwhelming. That realisation, paired with a changing season of life, led me here.

This role suits how I work best, focused, considered, and behind the scenes and it allows for the flexibility I value alongside family life.

Outside of work, life is noisy and full. I’m raising two wild-hearted boys, spending a lot of time at the beach, and fitting work around school runs, sandy feet, and the everyday chaos of family life.
